Plywood sheets to cover windows during hurricane season are stored overhead. An irrigation pump is located next to the north wall, is not used because well went dry.

Heating and Cooling is provided by a central HVAC unit located in the attic above the garage. Additional Heating could be supplied by electric baseboard units in most rooms.
